Why don't we see some of the stories where Superman and Vartox, the hero of the planet Valeron, work together?

Kurt Busiek has stated, in the Comic Bloc forums, that Vartox will appear in his second story arc. I do hope it wasn't just a tongue-in-cheek statement!

I love Vartox.

One of my fave Bronze Age characters, not least for the bizarre costume --only later did I realize he was based on Connery's Zardoz character.

Other great Bronze Agers: Terra Man and Capt. Strong!

Maybe Vartox will give the CEO of Lexcorp a little pick-me-up.
