The issue #222 that just came out is from the same run as the number 1-92 that you already own. Unfortunately, it's also a chapter in a current DC-wide, multi-title cross-over event.
As to whether or not it's the "same" Superman as the one you know is open to debate, as DC has recently retroactively given him a new origin (see
Birthright, which is currently the official DC Superman origin) and is also in the midst of rebooting their entire universe. However, the events surrounding the main character flow pretty smoothly from your issues to the current ones.
