After reading hundreds of comics over four decades, Mark Alfred thought to try his hand at writing a DC Silver Age "imaginary story."

He wondered: "What if Lara came to Earth with baby Kal-El and decided to use Kryptonian technology to rework our planet into another Krypton?"

This tale, "Lara, Empress of Earth!", is the result.
