After reading hundreds of comics over four decades, Mark Alfred thought to try his hand at writing a DC Silver Age "imaginary story."

He wondered: "What if Lara came to Earth with baby Kal-El and decided to use Kryptonian technology to rework our planet into another Krypton?"

This tale, "Lara, Empress of Earth!", is the result.

Superman Through the Ages! will be presenting this all-new, classic Silver Age novel in installments; each of the three chapters released separately.
