Are we ever going to see Doomsday Vs. Superman on one of these cartoons?

We did in the episode of the Justice Lords.  He was lobotomized by Superman.

I think that the episode was actually taking a shot at Doomsday's character by having the alternate universe Superman beat him without too much trouble. This belief is further backed up by a "Death of Superman" episode that DIDN'T involve Doomsday that happened soon afterwards. I feel this was done so future writers could not have Doomsday kill Superman later on (because the "Death" storyline had already taken place).

Personally, I don't mind this since I'm not a fan of Doomsday.

Many people want others to accept their opinions as fact. If enough people accept them as fact then it gives the initial person or persons a feeling of power. This is why people will constantly talk about something they hate—they want others to feel the same way. It matters to them that others perceive things the same way that they do.

I agree, but OTOH, it was a waste of a powerful villain, good enough to take on the JL

Doomsday will reappear to "fight  Superman in the heart of a volcano" in an episode of JLU supposedly to be aired Feb 19th according to several JLU sites. I'm actually surprized anyone at this site cares for Doomsday. He is definately not a classic Supes style villian.  I originally REALLY hated him but he's grown on me a little.

Maybe they don't know this is a pre-crisis Superman site?

You can still talk about post-crisis stuff, but most people here couldn't care less and won't know what you are even talking about.
