Recently it was anounnced that their would be a Green Arrow Prison Break movie featuring the Emerald Archer in a prison for supervillans.
I think this is a genuis idea for a Superhero movie and introduce the Public at large to these Characters and is a Fresh Superhero Movie idea in its own right.

Whats your opinion?

Eventhough it's a rip of Prison Break it does sound interesting. I would love to see Justin Hartley, whose G.A. on Smallville, play Ollie on the big screen. I heard the P.O.s(prison officers) are going to shave off Ollie's goatee & take away everything that makes him Green Arrow.

Much would depend on the villains.

If they're really "super', why is Green Arrow there/

If they're not-so-super, will they be interesting enough to provide a nice counterpoint to Green Arrow?

It would be nice to see Superhero movies move past the "superhero's origin" story for once and this could be a fun idea for a movie......but.... Green Arrow's origin would be kind of cool on the big screen.

sounds like a good movie to me (I'd have him stuck on the island for a long time and make like a film version of Surviorman or Man vs wild..just because i like those show)

The current Green Arrow miniseries (can't wait for the conclusion in # 6 !) would be perfect for a movie
