I recently saw the cover for Action Comics 286 (the jury of super enemies). It has Superman on trial and the jury is all his supervillians.
It has Luthor, Brainiac and the Legion of Supervillians, but also has some guy named Electro. (he seems to be a glowing skelton/radiator thing) I can't find any info on this guy and he has a (kind of) cool look. Has he ever appeared anywhere else???

That's what I said when I read that story, and the story offers no clues as he plays only a minor role.

here is the cover:

I think he first appeared in 1959 (I lost the book that had it in there), from the cover, it looked like he came from a race of electrical beings that were asking for Superman's help, but I don't know that they ever used him again.

I guess Toyman skipped jury duty that day and they had to go with electro.

That's the goofiest looking character since the Super-Teacher from Krypton.

Off to do some research for a Supermanica entry.

Weird, it turns out he is a creation of Luthor to lure Superman off of Earth and his second appearance is only in a red-k induced dream.
