I will have to dig out my old copy of "All In Color For A Dime" to re-read "The Big Red Cheese", but only a few months ago I read Jim Steranko's description and review of the Mr Mind serial in his excellent "The Steranko History of Comics" Volume 2. It's interesting to note (from Steranko's book) that the serial had started before the creative team had decided the leader was a worm. Otto Binder says: "Mr Mind wasn't a worm, at least not for the first half dozen chapters."

As a relative new reader, Captain Marvel fascinates me with it's wealth of wonderful characters and imaginative stories. I would really like to read this storyline in hand and not by other means. We're really missing out.  Embarrassed

Count me in, I'd love a copy too.

"The bottom line involves choices.  Neither gods nor humans have ever stood calmly in a minefield forever.  Good or evil, they are bound to choose.  And when they do, you will see the truth of all that motivates us.  As a thinking being, you have the obligation to choose.  If the fate of all mankind were in your hands, what would your decision be?  As a writer and an artist, I've drawn my answer."   - Jack Kirby
