No, that is from a completely different comic!
Supergirl tries to find Superman a perfect wife and keeps failing, ultimately Superman proclaims that in truth only Supergirl could make a perfect wife for him, but he doesn't want to break human laws or something.

That would be the one.

There are tons of Super Kink stories.

Comet the Superhorse was one of Supergirl's boyfriends (in human form), but it does bring those images of Supergirl riding Superhorse in a different light, I mean she can fly faster than light, so why is she riding him...
