Thor used to say, "Odd's blood!" but there's that religious thing again.  Plus it seems kind of creepy to talk about your dad bleeding.

Oddly enough, Odens blod (in other words, Odin's blood) was a name for a strong alcoholic drink flavoured with St. John's Wort. In Norse mythology, St. John's Wort is said to have sprung from Odin's blood when he was gored by a wild boar. I grew up in Sweden and never heard anybody swear by Odin's blood, but distilled alcohol flavoured with St. John's Wort has certainly passed my lips; it's very good, though a bit medicinal.
