I'm sure they exist, but it seems like DC prints Christmas stories in April or something. So after searching through a bunch of November-December issues, I found nothing.
That's because books dated November-December came out somewhere between August and October, depending on the era. Comics are advance-dated, for arcane reasons having to do with newsstand longevity. Even today, books that actually come out in December are dated February.
Note, for instance, that there's a Christmas story in ACTION COMICS #105, dated February 1947, SHAZAM #11 (Christmas story, New Year's cover) is dated March 1974, and DC COMICS PRESENTS #67 (Superman and Santa Claus) is dated March 1984. All of them came out before Christmas.
