Is this the Adam West/Burt Ward Batman, or the animated series Bruce Timm/Kevin Conroy Batman?

If it's the former, I'm in total agreement with you.

Since the 90's cartoon is out in various volumes on DVD i'm guessing it's the Adam West one.

Well, I frequent a couple Batman message boards where the subject of getting this show onto DVD comes up about twice a freaking day, and trust me I'd love it if we were finally close to resolving the matter.

BUT...I doubt it.  From all I've heard progress on this deal has gotten absolutely nowhere, as lawyers and agents from at least three business entities squabble over who gets what.

I do know that the currently airing cartoon series, "The Batman", is due for "season set" treatment in the near future (so far it's only been availabe in single disc "best of" type collections) and I strongly suspect that's the show listed here.  More's the pity, as it's an abomination.

And don't be fooled by that image in the post above...it's a fan-made mock-up that was done a few years ago.
