Does anyone know anything about the BBC Radio 4 dramatisations of The Adventures of Superman, which ran in 1988, 1990 and 1991? They were adapted and directed by Dirk Maggs, who also did The Htchiker's Guide to the Galaxy. The Death of Superman followed in 1993, and I think he did some Spider-Man and Batman adaptations too. I never heard these, and have been trying to find out if recordings are available for sale, but the BBC online shop isn't very helpful.

Has anyone ever heard these? I only heard a snippet back in the early 90s, and it sounded pretty good -- but then I am a bit of a radio buff. Apparently, Stuart Milligan played Superman, though Kerry Shale, who is Radio 4's stock American voice, played Superboy in 1988.

You might get a kick out of this fan-produced Superman radio drama: http://www.supermanhomepage.com/multimedia/multimedia.php?topic=radio-kal
