Supergrl5013, I checked and was rerouted to a page with the following information:

--------------------------
Freewebs Site Temporarily Frozen
We are sorry, this site is unavailable because it has used up its monthly bandwidth. Please try back another time.
--------------------------

Many "free" website hosting companies only provide a limited bandwidth per month.  This means the site can only handle so many visitors -- every upload, download, message board post or causal browsing consumes bandwidth.  Kara's Fortress must be very popular to use up all its bandwidth so early in the month.  The site owner may need to increase the permitted bandwidth, but that's where these "free" hosting companies make their money.  Popularity can be costly indeed.   Sad

It happens.  The price of too much popularity.
