I know that DC had Action comics. Also seem to remember Jimmy Olson had his own title as well.

Was there ever an actual Superman series or any other
Superman related charecter titles as well?

Don't mean to sound ignorant, but just curious.

Thanks in advance.....Tim

"Superman" followed "Action" onto newsstands by less than a year and has been in publication, in one form or other, for nearly 70 years.

Go to www.comics.org and do a title search for "Superman."  You'll get a listing of nearly all comics with Superman in the title from day one, plus in most cases, cover scans as well.

As for the "family," in addition to Jimmy, Lois Lane, Supergirl, Superboy and Superman Family were all titles at one time or other, some of them lasting a good while.

Not to mention "Adventure" comics which for many years featured Superboy & the Legion of Super-Heroes.

There was Action Comics, Superman, World's Finest, Superman Family, and DC Comics Presents. There were also annuals and various one shots as well. Superboy and the Legion appeared in Adventure Comics. Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen also had their own books. Supergirl and Superboy also got their own titles before the reboot.
