With any luck, it was NEVER specified...

I would say, based on viewing, in the range of 50 tons, not that has anything to do what Superman really is, pre or post crisis...

I stand corrected it's in flashpoint where Galatea ( adult supergirl clone) is working out and the testing device says 150.000 pounds. She  holds it up with one hand.
