Troy Hurtubise, the eccentric Canadian who designed the Ursus bear suit, paste that can make regular objects withstand blowtorch flames, and cushions that can withstand explosive blasts, is back with his most incredible invention yet, the "Angel Light." Apparently it can see through walls, see into flesh, detect radar-resistant aircraft, and disable electronic devices:

It is a very interesting how they never spoke of what caused the stuff to stop working or what part caused his finger to hurt or the fish to die.  Could the beam radiate outside the machine?  Scary~  But if it can kill... it would make a great weapon.  could have been the answer to the Cold War at least.  See all the other guys secerts and fry their brain too!  HA HAA.
