Hey, anybody know where I could get a list of all the things Red K has ever done to any of the Kryptonians?

I'm sure you will find a fairly complete list somewhere on this site, but there is also a great article about the history of Krypton by DC's "Answer Man" Bob Rozakis here:

One transformation you may not see mentioned anywhere is from an old Superfriends episode I saw on latenight TV a few weeks ago --Bizarro hits Superman with Red K and Supes is transformed into a super-skinny nerd weakling, with pencil neck and big nose!

I still remember an incident from the original Justice League of America book where an exposure to red kryptonite turned Superman into a crazed berserker (and made him immune to the effects of green k).

I think red K has sometimes immunized Superman to green K while its effects were in force besides that JLA story.

BTW, the one you referenced was a JLA/JSA team-up with the Fawcett heroes of Earth-S.  IIRC, it was called "Crisis on Earth-S".  'Crisis' was the traditional word in any JLA/JSA crossover.  King Kull had used this red K on Superman to turn him against all the other heroes as his ultimate weapon.  With the green K immunization, the GLs were powerless to stop him by pelting him with green K.  It looked like he was going to kill the combined JLA/JSA/Shazam Squadron of Justice when Captain Marvel, realizing Superman's weakness to magic, taunted Kal into a head-on confrontation.  When they were about to collide, Cap said "SHAZAM!", and the magical bolt managed to knock the red K fever out of Superman as it transformed CM back into Billy Batson.

In "Superman’s Girl Friend Lois Lane #91" (April 1969), Superman was exposed to both red and green kryptonite in a burning cargo ship.  The red kryptonite changed him into a deformed "Hunchback of Notre Dame", while the green kryptonite didn't kill him but made the red kryptonite effects PERMANENT!  ("Love is Blind" was an "Imaginary Story" where a blinded Lois married Superman and their daughter Lisa Kent became Superlass, carrying on after her apparently-dead father.)

A Pre Crisis story that was in continuity had Superman exposed to a fusion of red and gold kryptonite.  The combination made him amnesiac so he didn't know his own identity -- either of them.  He regained his memory when he was knocked off a cliff by a truck as Clark onto high-tension electrical wires that both burned off his Kent clothes and jolted his memory of his true past.  It seems the amnesia would probably have remained permanent if he hadn't been so electrically shocked like that.
