The first installment of the six part "Supergirl From Krypton" in Superman/Batman is out.

Extremely Happy.  I will be watching and, if this girl turns out good...and if she gets her own comic...I might actually begin supporting DC with my money again Smiley

I am so happy about Kara returning.  I was only four years old when she died in the Crisis miniseries, but I always thought the idea of Superman having a cousin was cool.  Plus, Michael Turner makes her look so pretty.  I'm really looking forward to having her around.  I just hope they keep her, and don't kill her off again.  That would be awful.

On a side note, this is my first post to this message board.  I really enjoy this site, and I'm glad to find a great Superman board.

Well welcome to the board!  More specifically, Welcome to the Supergirl section Smiley

I was all of 25 when Crisis came about, so I had grown up with Kara Zor-El.  Now I am an old man delighted to see  the new Kara emerge Smiley

She won't be like the old one, of course.  Nor should she be.  But she will be Kryptonian and hopefully this time around the writers will do right by her.
