That's so cool!  I remember spending tons of quarters on that one, it was a lot of fun!  Of course, I couldn't get anywhere near the end.  Still, it made me actually want the NES version by Kemco/Seika  because, dumb kid that I was, I thought it'd be similar.  Boy was I off...

The NES version...is that the one where a giant Statue of Liberty comes to life and commands Superman to fight crime?

Superman gallantly agrees to Lady Liberty's request, of course.

It was one of the few Superman video games that didn't stink. I also liked that you could play as Superman-Red!

I am sure that if you really wanted to, that you could figure out how to play it on your pc, not that we here at this website condone such things of course.
