Psychokinesis is the process of moving or otherwise affecting physical objects by the mind only, without making any physical contact.

they are both the same.

There probably ought to be a distinction:

PK: moving objects without touching them, using the power of one's mind, with the implication that it's definitely the mind that's powering the movement of the object in some way

TK: moving objects without touching them, at the direction of one's mind -- not necessarily a psionic power, but magic, some force field manifestation, etc. where the mind may simply be directing where it goes

But in practical usage, there isn't (assuming you can apply the term "practical" to any of this).
