Co-creator. You mustn't leave out creator/writer Gardner Fox.

And one of the great, iconic DC creations.

As a kid my top echelon, favourite DC characters were Superman, Green Lantern (Silver Age), Batman, and Flash (Silver Age), in no fixed order...

Although Superman and Batman were the big guns, there is still something about Flash that puts him near the top tier of great comic book heroes.
