Superman #73 (Nov-Dec 1951)
Story Two (of three): "The Mighty Mite"

Page 3, panel 4 shows a picture of Krypton and the caption reads:

"YES, HERE'S A CHAPTER IN SUPERMAN'S LIFE, NEVER BEFORE TOLD. OF COURSE, YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT HE WAS BORN OF THE SUPER-RACE ON THE FAR PLANET KRYPTON."

This seems to ignore the previous story, in Action #158 - July 1951, but at the same time acknowledges it, (Action #158), as Mr. Kent's first name is given as "Jonathan" (Page 3, last panel). His wife is still only "Mrs. Kent", however.

Is this worth including in the legend? I think so, as the actual texts are so rare about specific details like this.
