I could not find the full episode for the Season 3 premiere of Batman: The Brave & the Bold that aired some time back on Cartoon Network, but here are some clips...

Info: "Battle of the Superheroes!"

Teaser: From the files of the Bat-Computer, Batman and Robin fight Pharaoh while wearing a special mummified uniform, as Vicki Vale watches.

Main Plot: Following fights with Metallo, El Gar-Kur, Mister Mxyzptlk, and Toyman, Superman and Batman fight each other when Superman is infected with a red kryptonite necklace given to Lois Lane by Lex Luthor. Now, Batman must find a way to undo the effects of the red kryptonite so that he and Superman can stop Lex Luthor's latest plot.

Here's a full episode (broken into 2 parts) featuring Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman...

Info: "Triumvirate of Terror!"

Teaser: The Justice League International (which includes Robin, Kid Flash, Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, Aquaman, Booster Gold, Plastic Man and Green Arrow) plays a game of baseball against the Legion of Doom (consisting of Lex Luthor, The Joker, Cheetah, Weather Wizard, Felix Faust, and Amazo) with Jimmy Olsen as the host.

Main Plot: Batman teams up with Superman and Wonder Woman when their arch-enemies The Joker, Lex Luthor and Cheetah team up to defeat them by adopting a strategy of attacking a different hero: "Wonder Woman" vs "Joker", "Superman" vs "Cheetah", and "Batman" vs "Luthor".
