Title: Update on my proposal to write for FauxDC... Post by: Gangbuster on May 05, 2006, 10:49:00 AM I mentioned in an Infinite Crisis thread that I had decided to submit a proposal to write fanfiction for fauxdc.com, but insisted on getting to write pre-Crisis stories and getting creative freedom. 8) So as to offend fanboys who are in their mid-30s arguing about 'post-Crisis Superman' and his 'power levels,' I plotted a Bizarro story, an Earth-Prime story, a Composite Superman story, and a Legion of Super-Pets story, among others.
We were absolutely positive that something like this would be rejected. And yet, I get this email today... "I find it ambitious, odd, yet very intriguing and would like to see more." :twisted: Title: Re: Update on my proposal to write for FauxDC... Your stories will probably have the Elseworlds logo slapped on them for those that don't fit into Faux DC contiuity. I've been working on the side with my own project, as Dylan Clearbrook can attest. But I also had an idea of Streaky's last day in the Legion of Super-Pets, when he overhears Saturn Girl and Brainiac 5 privately discuss old history tapes of Supergirl's... *gulp*...um, of Kara's... *choke*... her...*sob*... :shock:
